Functional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Odoo modules across areas like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or CRM.

Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo module development, customization, and integration, including Python programming, PostgreSQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).

• Project Experience: Hands-on involvement in full-cycle Odoo implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.

• Integration Experience: Experience integrating Odoo with third-party systems via APIs or connectors.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data querying, manipulation, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Working knowledge of programming and scripting languages like SQL, Python, or ERP systems such as SAP/Odoo.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of mechanical systems, static and rotating equipment, and associated utilities in our oil & gas or power generation project sites. The role involves preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment integrity, safety, and plant availability.

Turbine Maintenance Experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise maintenance activities for static and rotating mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, heat exchangers, and piping systems.

• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

• Prepare maintenance schedules, job plans, and equipment history records in line with ERP (Odoo)systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with operations, planning, and procurement teams for spare parts and maintenance resources.

• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and major overhauls, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

• Participate in reliability improvement projects and implement predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, etc.).

• Monitor equipment performance and prepare maintenance and reliability reports.

• Provide technical support and mentoring to technicians and maintenance staff.
