Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support project engineering, design coordination, and technical management activities for major real estate projects.

• Coordinate day-to-day project engineering activities and technical deliverables.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, technical submissions, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Support design coordination and resolve technical and interface issues.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with approved designs, project requirements, applicable regulations, and standards.
• Monitor engineering progress and support timely completion of project deliverables.
• Participate in technical meetings, inspections, and project coordination activities.
• Provide technical support to the project team during design and construction stages.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate project engineering and management.
• Minimum 3 years of Middle East experience in similar roles on major real estate projects.
• Specialist knowledge and experience in project engineering, design coordination, and project management.
• Strong technical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
